On-Site Photography

Photographic services are prices according to subject. Each item is allotted a time credit to ensure fairness and timeliness. We have chosen this à la carte system to serve the diverse needs of our clients. Items marked with an asterisk require an additional $75 flat fee for the transport and use of studio lighting in order to achieve high-quality images. Building shots have no limits on the number of photos, while group, portrait, and product shots are priced per unique subject.

A minimum charge of $100 will apply; if the completed order is less than that, it will be raised to meet this minimum. A $45 per half hour rate will apply to time overages. Additional graphical enhancements and special effects are available for $65 per hour.

The best pictures will be digitally corrected for color, scale, rotation, brightness, and contrast and saved as high-quality JPEGs free of charge; the remaining images will be placed into a separate folder, and the entire set will be burned onto a labeled CD-ROM then delivered. We do not maintain backups and are not responsible for lost or damaged media; please back up your images upon receipt.

Contracts must be paid in full before shooting begins. Prices, services, and other variables will not be modified after shooting begins with the exception of time overages, which must be paid before the delivery of the CD-ROM. Clients must agree to allow us to reproduce and display images for our personal promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios.
